Protecting Youth’s Mental Health (2020-2-CZ01-KA205-078597)

The project seeks, to gather tools for the identification of youth mental health issues, considering socio-economic and cultural factors; and on the other hand, it seeks their prevention, by learning how to design spaces and activities based on 8 main pillars, that are considered as favourable for a healthy mental health and relationships.

Our strategic partnership, composed by AENIE, Permacultura Cantabria and Future in Perspective, carried out a Context Analysis, Focus Groups and Gap Analysis that demonstrate an urgent need to tackle this situation.

EM-MA EMotional MAnagement exercises for adults (2020-1-UK-01-KA204-078990)

The project needs to be implemented in international cooperation because only the European context, including sharing training experiences, knowledge and practice working everyday with disadvantaged adult groups will grant us the full achievement of its goals. This project will become a part of the Euromotional network, initiated by Permacultura Cantabria, which will further increase its impact.
