- To broaden Oltalom’s inclusive initiatives by incorporating racket sports like padel to engage a wider audience beyond the successful football programs.
- To facilitate the Integration of Padel as a Second Sport through training our coaches its fundamentals.
- To enable the digital transition focused on sport training.
