PROJECT DETAILS
PO1. Enhance young people’s capabilities of managing their emotions through corporal actions and interactions.
G1 Carry out training activities on techniques and approaches to emotional management through the body.
R1.1. 7 day long course in Spain
R1.2. 3 day long participatory visit to Estonia
Transferring tools and methods regarding emotional bodywork to our youth workers during the course in Spain and adapting them to specific needs of disadvantaged youth (war refugees) during the participative visit in Estonia will respond to the priorities of increasing quality of youth work and inclusion. Youth workers and youth they work with will become more resilient, becoming better prepared to face the modern world diversification, including worldwide pandemics, wars and other crises.
PO2. Provide young people with gathered non-formal education tools through special-built, self-empowering digital bodywork webquests.
G2 Combine the knowledge acquired during the training activities to create bodywork webquests.
R2. Project result: special-built, self-empowering digital bodywork webquests.
We will compile knowledge gathered during the 2 LTTAs about emotional management bodywork in an attractive, digital webquest format; This objective has a clear link with the inclusion priority; It will also increase the quality of youth work, as our youth workers will receive a tool they can refer to in their daily tasks at work and in their private life. Providing a high quality digital tool will contribute to addressing the priority of the digital transformation among youth.
PO3 Raise awareness of the importance of the role of the body in emotional management and contributing to a high quality non-formal youth education through self-empowering digital bodywork tools (webquests).
G3. Carry out a dissemination campaign to raise civic consciousness on the role of the body in the emotional management of the disadvantaged youth.
R3.1 Organising 2 multiplier events, 1 per partner country, to share the project and its results with a wider public.
R3.2 Organising internal workshops, 3 per entity, to transfer created bodywork webquests, its methods and tools to a greater audience
R3.3 Organising a consultation period for entities and stakeholders interested in self-empowerment through bodywork emotional management.
