PROJECT SUMMARY
The «Adults’ Education on Emotional Management» TC comprised an 8-day training program aimed at adult trainers or staff engaged in the strategic development of the association. Hosted by Permacultura Cantabria in Sarón, Cantabria (Spain), the course emphasized equipping participants with tools for emotional management.
The group exhibited exceptional teamwork, displaying a cohesive approach towards achieving common objectives while maintaining an atmosphere of mutual respect. From the outset, each team member demonstrated unwavering commitment, fostering unity and collaboration. Active participation from all members ensured smooth and efficient operation of the team.
Moreover, the atmosphere of respect within the group was pivotal to its success, as each member valued the perspectives and contributions of others, creating an inclusive environment where everyone felt heard and appreciated.
The «Adults’ Education on Emotional Management» project provided adult trainers with essential skills to enhance emotional and mental health care. Participants learned strategies to address adult needs, promote active participation, and enhance well-being, academic success, employability, and integration.
This project benefited the local communities of the participating entities by offering inclusive emotional support, irrespective of cultural, professional, or background differences.
